Holy Pain

When and how exactly do I get Holy resistance from TSO/Zin/Ely? And is it 100% (never took damage from cleansing flame..)

Yes, you are immune to cleansing flame and holy breath. You get this immunity as soon as you become a worshiper of a good god.
