Is it just hardcoded somewhere that he can blink?  I'm not finding it by looking for "Mara" in the source code.  And he doesn't have the "blink" hit type, so it's not that.  And it's definitely not on his main spell list; the semicolon in the knowledge bot source suggests it's something else. -[[User:Ion frigate|Ion frigate]] 04:32, 6 February 2013 (CET)

How does he blink?

The knowledge bot entry lists his spells as such:

Spells: blink; mislead, b.fire (3d27), mara summon, illusion, pain (d17), teleport self

Is it just hardcoded somewhere that he can blink? I'm not finding it by looking for "Mara" in the source code. And he doesn't have the "blink" hit type, so it's not that. And it's definitely not on his main spell list; the semicolon in the knowledge bot source suggests it's something else. -Ion frigate 04:32, 6 February 2013 (CET)

A special ability implemented in mon-abil.cc. Other monsters that also use this method are: crimson imps, phantoms, wisps, blink frogs, prince ribbit, killer klowns and golden eyes. --CommanderC 14:42, 6 February 2013 (CET)
