I vaguely remember running into him there at some point recently-ish, and looking at the [https://github.com/crawl/crawl/blob/master/crawl-ref/source/dat/des/builder/uniques.des code] seems to check out (I'm pretty sure the $ indicates the branch end, which would be Orc:2 in this case). "Prior to 0.18, the Orcish Mines were four levels deep." -- Therefor the information that Saint Roka can appear on Orchish mines L4 is out of date. I would update to reflect that Saint Roka can appear on Orchish Mines L2 but I don't know that this is true.
- I believe it's still true. I vaguely remember running into him there at some point recently-ish, and looking at the code seems to check out (I'm pretty sure the $ indicates the branch end, which would be Orc:2 in this case).
