Shield penalty
Everywhere on this wiki, it says that the necessary shields skill values to remove penalties are 5/15/25 for normal-sized races, but it says here that they only need a skill of 4 to remove penalties for bucklers. Is this info wrong, or has everyone always been raising their skill 1 more than necessary? --Fingolfin (talk) 10:20, 14 August 2015 (CEST)
