Teleportitis is a condition which causes your character to involuntarily teleport at random intervals. These teleports can be affected by teleport control and differ from normal teleports in that they happen instantly and without warning. Because this may place your character in extremely dangerous situations, it is usually undesirable, and a good reason to avoid carelessly trying on unidentified rings.
