1. I couldn't find out easily how to add the ':' command (or others that seem to be missing).

1b. As for the ':' command, I don't know what it does yet as it only asks me: "Enter note:".

2. There is no primary page for Keyboard commands. The primary page that is refered on this category page is to the "Actions" page, which doesn't seem appropriate.

Yeah, we need an article on keyboard commands. As for the wiki not accepting ':' as a title, well, that's a technical issue that all Mediawiki wikis have, unfortunately. We'll probably need to just have an article called "colon", and link to it from a keyboard command article.

As for what : does, it's just that - it lets you enter notes, which will appear in your morgue file. It's also often used in online play as a means of in-game chat: spectators can send messages to players, who then respond by entering notes.
