Chant Fire Storm is a monsters-only spell which functions much like the spell Fire Storm, blasting an area with heavy, unavoidable, partially irresistible fire damage. However, unlike that spell, it takes a significant amount of time to complete, only activating 3 auts after the caster begins to cast it.
