This spell causes confusion in all who gaze upon the caster.

Mass Confusion is a level 6 Hexes spell that tries to confuse all monsters in your line of sight. Unlike Alistair's Intoxication, it works on monsters that are non-natural, poison resistant, or of animal or lower intelligence. However, it is resistible by magic resistance, making it ineffective against many monsters in the later game.
History
Mass Confusion was removed in 0.18.
In 0.10 Mass Confusion received a small power boost.
