Naga sharpshooter has this in History:
> monsters had hidden weapon penalties (they attacked slower), which made naga sharpshooters less dangerous.
and it makes sense.
On the other hand, Merfolk (monster) and Merfolk impaler have this in History:
> monsters had hidden weapon penalties (they attacked slower), which made merfolk/merfolk impaler more dangerous.
and it doesn't make sense.
It'd be great to clarify/correct these notes, as they are quite confusing right now.
