Desirability
Piercer[1] has an excellent damage enchantment combined with the ability to shoot through rows of enemies all at once, which makes it an extremely desirable find for any archer—though you may wish to use a different bow for taking down single powerful foes.
History
- Piercer was removed in 0.24. Its piercing effect was added to the storm bow.
- Prior to 0.15, Piercer's enchantment bonus was +2, +10.
- Prior to 0.14, Piercer had a vorpal brand instead of penetration.
