Desirability
The crown of Dyrovepreva[1] is essentially a +2 helmet with rElec, a moderately rare and useful resistance. The other bonuses are nice to have, at the least. While you can find better randart hats out there, this artefact is stronger than any mundane headgear (unless you need willpower).
