Desirability
The Warlock's Mirror is a fairly useful shield. It allows reflection of piercing effects and enchantments, among other things. However, it is only a buckler, so a more skilled shields user may prefer to simply use a large shield for the extra protection it offers.
History
Warlock's Mirror was introduced in 0.18.
