This page refers to the monster spell. For the god-granted ability, see Yredelemnul.

Bestows an enchantment on other nearby living creatures that causes them to rise as simulacra after being slain.

Bind Souls is a monsters-only spell that enchants all living creatures in the caster's LOS for some time. When an enchanted creature is slain, a simulacrum matching them will be created in the vicinity. This spell also prevents your own undead-creating Necromancy (except Death Channel) from working.

Followers of Gozag effectively neuter this spell; corpses turn into gold before they can turn into simulacrum.
