Insulation grants the electricity resistance intrinsic for the duration of the spell.
Notes
The term "insulation" is occasionally used by players as a synonym for electricity resistance from any source, since it is described on artefacts as "It insulates you from electricty". The spell will be removed in the upcoming 0.12.
