Exhales a focused blast of icy-cold air.

Cold Breath is a monster-only spell that inflicts significant cold damage. It is subject to a Breath cooldown.

The following enemies cast Cold Breath:

• D Ice dragon (3d24 damage)
• D Serpent of Hell (Cocytus) (3d34 damage)
• d White draconian (3d18 damage)

The following enemies may be able to cast Cold Breath, depending on their spell set:

• d Tiamat (3d44 damage, 16.7% chance)

History

• Prior to 0.27, cold breath could knock back flying creatures.
