Ring of Shadows

A black ring that can make its wearer one with the shadows. It creates a dark umbra that surrounds the wearer and increases stealth greatly, and reduces the accuracy of those within it

Desirability

Its umbra effect reduces both player and monster accuracy, and multiplies the player's stealth modifier by 1.5. Very nice for stealthy characters and still good for most others. The accuracy penalty on this ring is generally negligible.

History

Prior to 0.19, it had See Invisible and rN+ instead of +50 Stealth

Prior to 0.14, it had +4 EV and -4 accuracy instead of umbra.
