Bind Souls

Bestows an enchantment on other nearby living creatures that may cause them to rise as simulacra after being slain.

Bind Souls is a monsters-only spell that enchants all living creatures in the caster's LOS for some time. When an enchanted creature is slain, there is a chance a simulacrum matching them will be created in the vicinity.

The following enemies cast Bind Souls:

• p Necromancer (monster)
