Noxious Cloud

This breath includes the same substance as that used in a well-known wizard spell “Mephitic Cloud”. When inhaled by a person or creature not resistant to poison, it does only minor damage but can cause confusion and a bad headache.

Noxious cloud is a monster-only spell very similar to Mephitic Cloud.
