Diminished spells is a status effect and monster-only spell that reduces spell power of magical and wizardly abilities.
Effect
For players, spellpower is reduced by 50% after all modifiers.
Monsters have their HD reduced by 7 for the purposes of spells.
Spell
The monster spell inflicts the diminished spells status in a beam path; it cannot be resisted by willpower.
