Desirability
The stealth bonus is somewhat nice, but most stabbers will need to switch to a dagger when close to their targets, somewhat limiting this weapon's usefulness. Note that unlike all other randart blowguns, it does not have a speed brand (nor any brand, for that matter).

The blowgun of the Assassin will be removed in 0.14
