Talk:Melee spell
When did the knowledge bots get updated with that?? I don't remember seeing "melee" anywhere before... Is this part of 0.11.1? Anyway, as for consistency, I'm looking through the list of categories now and this appears to be the complete list of "list of spell" related categories (ignoring the Magic School-related ones):

- Look at the entry for brimstone fiend, but yeah, the knowledge bots have had this spell for a while. I'm guessing that whoever wrote the wiki articles originally ignored the spell, since it is basically a non-spell. It's also pretty rare, much rarer than cantrip; I actually can't think of any other examples right now. It's also very, very old, maybe even pre-DCSS; to be honest it's something of a legacy spell. All that it does is cause the monster to choose not to cast a spell; having no spell in the slot will cause it to reroll for another one. -Ion frigate 18:15, 23 January 2013 (CET)
