Mutagenic fog

Mutagenic fog is a dangerous kind of cloud with uncontrollable effects. Players within it have a chance to receive mutations every turn they spend there, weighted toward negative ones. Monsters will polymorph each turn.

You can create mutagenic fog by casting the Evaporate spell on a potion of mutation.
