Naga sharpshooter has this in History:

and it makes sense.
On the other hand, Merfolk (monster) and Merfolk impaler have this in History:
> monsters had hidden weapon penalties (they attacked slower), which made merfolk/merfolk impaler more dangerous.
and it doesn't make sense.
It'd be great to clarify/correct these notes, as they are quite confusing right now.
