Desirability
This weapon is decent in the early- to mid-game if it happens to be found there; strangely, it is a good weapon in the Lair, since it will kill hydras with ease, protects against the numerous sources of poison, and protects against the one ranged threat there, fire drakes. Its damage is not really high enough for the later game, however.
