Resonance

It improves the success rate of the wearer's forgecraft spells and enhances their melee attacks proportionally to forgecraft skill.

The resonance ego can be found on heavy body armour (scale mail or heavier). It reduces the raw failure rate of Forgecraft spells by ×66.6%, and boosts melee damage by 1.5% * Forgecraft.

Note that raw failure rate =/= actual, displayed failure rate. The failure rate modifier is equivalent to the boost going from 0 to 2 levels of wizardry. This is not considered wizardry, but stacks independently with wizardry.
