Sleetstrike

Causes the air around a creature to twist itself into a whirling vortex of frigid meteorological fury, encasing the victim in ice and slowing their movement briefly. It does more damage to targets surrounded by empty space and half of its damage bypasses cold resistance.

Sleetstrike is a monster-only spell, which has an increased damage for every empty tile adjacent to a target similarly to Airstrike. Half of its damage is reduced by resistance to cold and it may apply frozen status to the victim.

The following enemies cast Sleetstrike:

• C Antaeus (2d26+(3/space) damage)
• 2 Blizzard demon (2d14+(3/space) damage)
