Mechanics
You will gain an additional 5 SH for each of the following conditions you meet:
- Staves is your highest skill, or is at maximum level
- Your stealth is at least `+++++`
- Your base invocations is at least 15
- Your intelligence is at least 20
- Your base EV is at least 25
Desirability
The low training requirements and the ability to stack on SH make this a great item for hybrid characters.
