Berserker Rage was a level 3 Charms spell which caused you to go berserk. Having it memorized slightly reduced the chance of fainting after leaving a rage (regardless of what induced it).
History
Berserker Rage was removed as a player spell 0.9. A good number of monsters can still cast it, however.
