Shadow Torpor is a monster-only spell, cast by shadow summoned by Dithmenos's Shadow Mimic ability when player casts a spell from Hexes school. It fires penetrating beam that applies low-duration Slow to enemies. It cannot be resisted by Will but duration is reduced for higher HD monsters.
