Cloud Cone is a spell that attempts to create a cloud at the target, with higher power levels yielding a wider variety of possible types. Cloud Cone is only castable via the Rod of clouds, so its power is derived from the player's Evocation skill level.
The list of clouds that can be created by this spell includes:
- Thin mist
- Negative energy clouds
- Acidic fog
- Fire clouds
- Poison gas
- Thunderclouds
