Desirability
The crown of Dyrovepreva[1] is essentially a +2 helmet with rElec, a moderately rare and useful resistance. The other bonuses are mostly just set dressing. There are better randart hats/helmets out there, but this artefact is stronger than any non-artefact headgear (unless you need willpower).
