Draining Gaze is a monster-only spell. Against players, it irresistibly drains MP. Against monsters, it inflicts the antimagic status. Player Djinn have no MP, and are completely unaffected by this spell.
If a ghost moth uses this spell on the player, it is healed for the MP drained.
