Draining Gaze is a monster-only spell. Against players, it irresistibly drains 3d(3 * HD / 2)/3 - 1 MP.[1] Against monsters, it inflicts the antimagic status. Player Djinn have no MP, and are completely unaffected by this spell. As a "gaze" spell, it does not take time to cast.
