Desirability
A good choice for races which cannot wear most armour and thus have trouble getting resistances. However, even rC++ is usually less useful than even rF+, meaning most characters will prefer a mundane robe of fire resistance, robe of resistance, or dragon armour over this. However, if you already have adequate fire resistance from other gear, this can be good to wear on an EV character.
