Skullcrusher, as a giant club of speed, is only wieldable by trolls or ogres. Even with the mediocre enchantment level, its strength and speed brand more than makes up for it -- comparable to a well-rolled randart giant spiked club. If you find and are able to wield it, Skullcrusher is a very respectable weapon.
