The spell will poison you if you simply have poison resistance but not if you are a mummy or gargoyle, and as such immune to poison. - Having rPois and being immune to poison are two different things. The spell will poison you if you simply have poison resistance but not if you are a mummy or gargoyle, and as such immune to poison.
