Everywhere on this wiki, it says that the necessary shields skill values to remove penalties are 5/15/25 for normal-sized races, but it says here that they only need a skill of 4 to remove penalties for bucklers. So I guess that's probably accurate, but only as of version 0.16. Shield with bows?
