So what is it's minimum delay at 27?
Why does the game mention "level 28" in the first place? Why not say it has X delay at level 27?
- It's probably an effect of having delay breakpoints at even skill numbers. Delay is only consistently reduced to its absolute minimum at the (hypothetical) level 28 in Crossbows.
