Weakening Gaze

Weakening Gaze is a monster-only spell which inflicts the Weak status effect on a target. Weak reduces the player's melee damage by -25%, and monsters' melee damage by -33%.
The following enemies cast Weakening Gaze:
For both gnoll bouda and salamander tyrants, this spell can be used without taking up the monster's turn.
