Tyrant's trap

| A magical trap built to bolster the armies of some conquering despot. When you or a hostile monster steps on it, your melee attacks will be weakened to make up to three of the most dangerous monsters in sight become stronger. Your allies will avoid stepping on it. |
A tyrant's trap is a trap that does two things when activated:
- Weakens the player for 10-14 turns (stacking up to 50 turns);
- Grants the 2-3 strongest monsters in the trap's line of sight the might status for 20-28 turns.
These traps rarely spawn naturally in the Orcish Mines, Snake Pit, and Vaults.
Strategy
Non-melee characters have less to fear, but should still be weary of mighted monsters.
