You can be forced off staircases, you can be forced onto traps, your positioning can be made generally worse, and [[Ozocubu's Armour]] will be stripped off your body. Having said that, if you can manage to effectively control where your fights take place and choose to take your fights with your back against a wall, you can potentially ignore the downside at least some of the time.
