Desirability

The amulet of the Four Winds[1] provides all the willpower you'll ever need, allowing you to resist nasty Hexes like paralysis (and freeing up gear slots in the process). The other two intrinsics are nice to have, too. Clarity is especially helpful for Mummies.

Unless you have amazing willpower (Spriggans, having a randart with Will++/Will+++...), it's definitely worth keeping. At the least, it can be used as a swap for where willpower and/or clarity are helpful.
