Please take a look at [[random2]] before you correct all other random2-related formulas in the wiki :). Also, it's worth checking random.cc, which is linked in that article. Also also, in case you use learndb's formulas as a reference, some of them are incorrect, especially wrt min/max possible values; it's a good practice to double-check them with the source code.
