Breathe Lightning is an ability of black draconians. It allows them to spit a bolt of lightning at a target with a spell power of XP Level*2. Note that this is twice the power of most other breath weapons.
Its failure rate is (30-XP Level)%, and it costs 125 satiation to use. The character will be breathless afterwards for 3 + random2(5) + random(30-XP level) turns.
