Player use
The shards from a wand of iceblast zapped by the player make a field explosion of Cold. It is partly irresistible. The wand can hold at most 15 charges.
Tips and tricks
Wands of iceblast provide a powerful field attack like fireball if the monsters are not cold resistant. Don't get caught in the explosion yourself!

Wands of iceblast were added in 0.18.
