Desirability
The autumn katana[1] is a very nice weapon if you can find it. With better stats than a demon blade, it has excellent speed, good damage output, and the chance to target multiple, distant foes at once. Note that the Manifold Assault won't activate against a single target, though the katana outperforms ordinary one-handed Long Blades anyway.
The spell Manifold Assault still works normally with this weapon ("Space folds impossibly around your blade!").
History
- Prior to 0.28, the autumn katana had clarity instead of the ability to cast Manifold Assault. It also gained 1 base damage but lost riposte.
- The autumn katana was added in 0.10.
