Monsters with the vigilant flag are less likely to forget about the player.

This flag is only used for curse skulls.

The vigilant flag was removed in 0.15.
Prior to 0.14, monsters with the vigilant flag always noticed players, and never forgot about them over time.
This flag was introduced in 0.13, to complement new curse skull behavior.
