“Kobolds are harmless.” -Bearand the Bold, epitaph (Magic: the Gathering) |
Kobolds are small, humanoid creatures with the looks and temperaments of feral dogs. While the most common type are as ever-present in the early dungeon as they are weak, more advanced types exist with an increased ability to threaten and harass.
Kobolds
K Kobold (monster) - The standard variety of kobold. They are generally only dangerous to very low level characters, in large swarms, and with equipment, such as those branded with or expelling poison.
K Big kobold - The larger and more robust variation. Often found with numerous kin, big and small.
K Kobold demonologist - The most dangerous of the common types, not so much in and of themselves, but because of the tier 3, 4, & 5 demons they bring to the battle.
Unique kobolds
K Pikel - A big kobold, known for his branded whip and band of slaves.
K Sonja - An exceptionally quick and nimble kobold, armed with not only a branded short blade, but rare and dangerous curare needles.
