Desirability
The ratskin cloak is not a very impressive cloak. The minor penalties to dexterity and intelligence can usually be ignored, but so can the rank of negative energy resistance. You're likely better off with a regular cloak of poison resistance, or with any of the other cloak egos, though if you find yourself in need of what the ratskin cloak offers, don't be afraid to wear it.
