Version 0.17: This article may not be up to date for the latest stable release of Crawl.
A magic potion which greatly increases the dexterity and evasiveness of the one who drinks it. |
Quaffing a potion of agility provides you with the following temporary bonuses:
- +50 stealth
- +5 evasion
- +5 dexterity (This added DEX further increases your stealth and evasion by an amount based on your Dodge and Stealth skills)
These effects last 35 to 74 turns. Drinking the potion when already agile will increase the duration, but never to over 80 turns.
Although the benefits of a potion of agility are less dramatic than those of a potion of might, the added evasion can prove useful in combat against monsters with powerful physical attacks, and extra stealth is always welcome to stabbers, making it a fairly useful combat buff in the early- and mid-game.
